Chez Soi - NDG: Green energy & green building services

Chez Soi –NDG is a non-profit, flexible support senior’s housing complex with 91 apartments. EVBF’s green energy services help seniors on fixed incomes by ensuring that Chez Soi's energy bills are buffered from rising prices.

Chez Soi is designed to attain a Leadership in Energy Efficient Design (LEED®) Gold rating, and EVBF is currently pursuing the LEED® certification.

Chez-Soi is Novoclimat certified, and has achieved among the highest environmental ratings from Natural Resources Commercial Building Incentive Program (CBIP) evaluations.
